All decals and detail part items are inspected prior to shipment in the event we miss something we will replace it at no cost to you. Return of non-defective decals or detail parts must be unused and in resalable condition and a 20% restocking fee applies. If an item (Excluded building and diorama) is defective Dave’s Decals will replace the same item or refund it buyer’s choice.

Failure to understand the description is not a reason for a return, if you have questions ask. (i.e. I thought they were smaller, I thought they were bigger – the GREEN GRID is 1.2″ square to better assist you and seeing the sizes.)

Models and Dioramas – all models and dioramas are packed with the greatest care and are photographed before shipping, however while all due diligence is used to insure safe shipment to you we can not guarantee how they will be handled by the shipping company. So while all shipment are insured (if possible) diorama are not replaced or refunded. For international shipping. international tracking is not guaranteed in all countries and shipment and delivery is at the buyer risk. Thus far, I have had no issues or problems shipping models and diorama to several different countries, delivery can be a little slow and varies from country to country.

We understand things happen, but do to the fragile nature of dioramas it is possible they could be damaged in shipping – they is nothing we can do about that. It is possible that small piece such as people can become detached during shipment it is generally very easy to reattach these.

In the event of an insurance claim (if insurance is a vailable) monies are only refunded (up to $400 which is the maximum allowed by USPS) after the claim is paid by the shipper. In the event insurance is not available Dave’s Decals cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage due to postal service mishandling regardless of country.
