Q: What if  my decals were lost in the mail?
A: If you bought tracking no worries they’ll be replaced if it is not scanned as “delivered”, if you did not buy tracking and opt for the $1 shipping you assume the risk of loss. I reccommend you buy tracking it’s not that much more. 

Q: DO YOU DO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
A: Yes but please be advised package shipping is very high and sometime the cart do not see your mail location correctly so PLEASE contact us for shipping on powders and detail parts if it seems too cheap to be true and you place a international oder and the the shipping is for domestic mail only. Your order will be cancelled and refunded. Package shipping on international orders is generally about $13.00 and up. Paypal fee are non-refundable and deducted from the refund amount. 

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: No.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: I take PayPal, Credit Card via PayPal you don’t have to have an account, Check, Money Order, silver and gold bars 😉
You can also call the shop 270-970-2105 (M-Sat 10-8) and pay by with Credit Card over the phone.

If you pay by check you order will not ship until your payment arrives and we reserve the right to wait until your check clears, if you pay by check I much receive your payment within 2 weeks of the date your order is placed, without prior arrangement I reserve the right to close and cancel your order to keep accounting upto date. If you need extra time just let me know it’s not a problem within reason.

Q: I have a coupon how do I use it?
A: At the top of the checkout page there is a link that say … “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code.”

 

 

 

 

Q: Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
A: Yes with a minimum order of $50.00 you get FREE SHIPPING in the US (Taxes, Fees, VAT the responsibility of the customer)

Q: What if I need to return something?
A: If your return is due to an error on the part of Dave’s Decals contact us and we will make it right. If you decide that you don’t want something and would like to return the item must be in unused resellable condition, return shipping is on the part of the customer and there is a 25% restocking fee.
