(SOLD) NEW BUILD UP MODEL HO SCALE MAMMAW’S GARDEN WINDGATE APT

I’m calling it about 95% finished, I have a few touch up and things to do I didn’t see until I took the pictures but no real big things so I’m going to go ahead and post it for sale.
This is a Hydrocal Building from Downtown Deco with a number of custom decals and hand painted graffiti in addition to decals graffiti, building is lit with 12VDC LED lighting and is ready to be wired into a layout or have a 9VDC battery added which I’ll include (loose) with purchase. Set in the 1970’s and 1980’s which tagging and graffiti was king, MAMMAW’S GARDEN and WINDGATE APARTMENTS … you notice Mammaw didn’t put up with kids tagging her building and painted over the graffiti and a few vines got out of hand in the back, the WINDGATE is a low rent Apartment on the wrong side of the tracks so graffiti pollutes the sides as the slumlord only care about the rent and was too cheap to buy a decent sign and just painted the name on the side.  Few roof details and old water tank with A/C units and wiring and with window decals and silhouettes. Old dated advertising on the sides echo a forgot era.
PRICE is $375.00 plus S/H
NOTE there is a repaired crack in the left wall of Mammaw’s Garden I did that while doing the graffiti on the other side by not realizing I had it setting on a brush, so now the crack is part of the buildings history.

NEW HO SCALE NEWSPAPER

OK I’m testing HO SCale newspapers and they are a pain to print without a lot of waste – but I’m still adjusting sizes and trying to get more variety but these early sets are available for $2.25 per set and they are a pain to print vellum and not screw it up.

I’ve mastered printing on vellum so I’ve lowered the price on these to $2.25 – I’m not wasting 2 sheets for every good one I get anymore.

SET #1

SET #2

Other scales will be available when I get time.
